	1) Why is the video not playing?
	You just need to click the "play" button once and wait for a while. The speed of streaming depends largely on the bandwidth of your internet connection. You will also need to have windows Media Player version 10 or above to view the videos. 	2) Why does the video keep stopping while I am watching it?
	The streaming speed of the videos depends on the bandwidth of your internet connection. A number of school users and MOE HQ users may face a lag in video streaming speed. This is due to the fact that the given bandwidth is not able to support the amount of data transferred when the same bandwidth is shared by many users. Try accessing our videos at your home or at another place which has good broadband internet connection.


	3) While viewing the video online, there is no audio output. Why?
	This could be due to the version of your windows media player. To watch the videos in this website, you need to have Windows Media Player version 10 or above. 	4) What is the technical requirement for my computer to play the video?
	It is highly recommended that you to use a computer with a minimum RAM size of 512mb. Broadband internet connection is required for the videos to be streamed. You will also need Windows Media Player version 10 or above. 	5) How can I register for an account?
	You can register for an account at this url or whenever you first request for a video sent to you at particular video pages :- http://www.evideo.edu.sg/register.asp To register, you need to use your edumail as user ID. We will send you an email with your password. Login using that password and give us details about yourself. You can change the password too while you are logged in. HQ officers can register using their lotus notes email address.


	6) I have sent for a few videos through your website. Can I check my order status?
	Yes, you can check your order status on our website. Log into your account and click on the “Check Order Status” link.


	7) How can I change my password?
	To change your password, log into your account from the home page of our website. Click on “Change Account Details” and you will be able to change your password.


	8) How can I change my school name or school address?
	To change your school name or school address, log into your account from the home page of our website. Click on “Change Account Details” and you will be able to change your school name and school address.


	9) How can I change my user name?
	Your user name is tied to your email address so it cannot be changed.


	10) I will be posted to another school soon, what will happen to my account?
	Your account will be under the same email address as long as you are still holding an edumail account. You will need to update your account details like school name and school address. To change your school name and school address, log into your account from the home page of our website. Click on “Change Account Details” and you will be able to change your school name, and school address. If you are seconded to MOE HQ, you may apply for a new account with the new email address for HQ.


	11) Can I request for an additional copy of videos on behalf of my colleague?
	No, please ask your colleague to request using his/her own account.


	12) If I want to have more than a copy, how should I go about it?
	You will need to fill in the request form below for multiple copies of the same video:- http://www.evideo.edu.sg/pdf/order_form.pdf You will need your HOD’s signature on this form.


	13) When will I receive my order?
	You should be able to receive your order one week after you submit your request.


	14) If I need the videos urgently, can I come down to collect?
	Yes, but you need to give us a call at 6 879 7277 to check if your request has been processed yet.


	15) I have asked for a list of videos, but I need to make changes. Can I re-submit my application?
	Please call us at 6 879 7277 and look for Mr Woo if you need to make changes to your order. We will then reset your order so you can resubmit your order.


	16) Do I have to pay for the video?
The videos are free for schools’ use.

17) Can I request my order to be sent to my home address?
No, these videos are meant for use in your school so we do not send videos to homes.

18) May I screen the video outside school?
It is ok to screen them outside school.

19) I am not a teacher nor do I work in MOE Headquarters, may I get an account to order videos?
Our videos are meant for teaching and learning in Singapore schools. If you need an account, you may request for one by writing in to moe_evideo@moe.gov.sg. Accounts will be given on a case by case basis.
